Wolverines Win at San Antonio, 5-2

The Wichita Wolverines downed the San Antonio Storm Troopers, 5-2, at The Clone Army. Stanley Harvey led the way, going 3-for-5 for Wichita. Freek Janszen closed it out for his 4th save. Wichita goes to 5-3 with the win.
The Wolverines beat the Storm Troopers in part due to timely hitting. Case in point: the two-out single Lester Cracknell produced in the top of the second. Batting against San Antonio pitcher António Encarnación, Cracknell gave his team a 2-0 lead when he hit a 2-run single.
Cracknell called the triumph "a good team win."
