Kesiraju Delivers Walk-Off Win for Storm Troopers
Mitchell Courtenay did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the New York Ninjas from losing, 7-6, to the San Antonio Storm Troopers at The Clone Army. Courtenay was 3 for 4 with a triple and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. San Antonio, now 2-0, is setting the league on fire so far.

When he came to bat in the bottom of the tenth, Arana Kesiraju had a chance to end it. New York pitcher Nobuatsu Fukumoto had other ideas. But with one out, Kesiraju hit a sacrifice fly. The Storm Troopers had the win.

"That's a solid team effort right there," said Kesiraju. "Everyone's feeling pretty positive after that win."
