Yamaguchi Delivers Clutch At-Bat for Spokane in Walk-Off Win
The Cincinnati Snaps were defeated, 6-5, by the Spokane Bulldogs. Leading the charge for Spokane was shortstop Shigetoki Yamaguchi. He was 3 for 4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The winner was Yoshiki Sato in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Banyu Rais took the loss. The Bulldogs, now 2-0, have been on a roll in the early going.

With a runner on 2nd in the bottom of the ninth, Yamaguchi delivered the knockout blow when he hit a walk-off run-scoring double to win it for Spokane. In the contest, Yamaguchi was 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
