The Frisco Rams got a stellar performance from pitcher Ryan Jenkins, who handcuffed the Sioux Falls offense en route to a 4-2 win at Trojans Park. Frisco reliever Kenneth Bisson got the win, raising his record to 3-5. Sung-hwan Park was tagged with the loss. Rainer Waldheim closed the game out for Frisco, earning his 13th save.

Both teams had trouble manufacturing runs. So, Rodrigo Quiñones's at-bat in the top of the ninth was critical. With one out, the Frisco left fielder got hit by a pitch, driving in 1 run, to give his team a 3-2 lead.

"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Jenkins.

Frisco, at 95-58, sits in third place in the Alexander Cartwright League Pirate Parrot League.
