Red Bulls Fall Short, 6-5, at Jacksonville
Jacksonville beat Riverside at Hellcats Park, escaping with a 6-5 win. The win in large part was due to right fielder Jason Donovan, who earned player of the game honors. He was 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Jacksonville reliever Mai Suharto picked up the win, upping his record to 5-3. Ricky Miller was saddled with the loss. Jacksonville, at 64-82, sits in 6th place in the Alexander Cartwright League Pirate Parrot League.

Jacksonville took the lead in the bottom of the seventh when Donovan hit a 2-run home run. His 6th home run of the season made the score 6-4, Jacksonville.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Riverside manager Joe Ward. "The effort was great."
