Silicon Valley Bats Go Silent in 3-0 Loss
|
In a tight battle between the Sioux Falls Trojans and the Silicon Valley Hackers, pitcher Lowik Falter was in the zone. The Sioux Falls right-hander was named the player of the game in Sioux Falls's 3-0 win. With the victory, the Trojans record now stands at 70-71.
Zhi-gang Ou-yang, the Sioux Falls third baseman, contributed a run-scoring double in the bottom of the third inning to make the score 1-0, Trojans. For the game, Ou-yang was 1-4 with a double.
"We put some tough at-bats on some tough pitches," said Sioux Falls manager Barry Miller.
