The Frisco Rams beat the Killeen Black Knights, 10-2, at Outlander Park. The Rams got a fine performance from right fielder Gérard Lacroix, who captured player of the game honors. He went 2-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. The third-place Rams have won 4 in a row.

Lacroix had an important at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the first, when he hit a grand slam. The Rams went on to win.

"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play ever better," said Frisco manager Enrique Ramírez.
