Pacifica and Frisco duked it out at Outlander Park and the Shamrocks came out victorious.
The Pacifica Shamrocks bested the Frisco Rams by a score of 5-4, with second baseman Nick Hunter getting the main credit. On the day, Hunter went 2 for 4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Shamrocks. The Shamrocks have an impressive 79-43 record.
Tadasu Inoue did his part for the Shamrocks, producing a 2-run single in the top of the second inning. For the game, the shortstop was 1-3 with a walk, while adding 2 RBI.
"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Pacifica manager Joe Leftwich. "It's usually not just one thing."
