Woodrow Deals Seattle 8-1 Setback
|
Seattle had no answer for Chicago Hitmen starter Paul Woodrow, who flummoxed Sasquatch hitters as the Hitmen cruised to a 8-1 victory. The 4th-place Hitmen raised their record to 17-17.
Woodrow was effective against the Sasquatch. The right-hander limited Seattle to just no runs on 4 hits over 8 innings. Not many balls were hit hard against him.
"Paul is still learning," said Chicago Hitmen manager Steve Hansen. "The sky's the limit for him."
