Victory Over Wolves Takes Wisconsin Dells to 53-31
|
Wisconsin Dells third baseman Ambara Sudeshna made his presence felt in the 7-5 Ducks triumph over the Lake of the Isles Wolves. Sudeshna was 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Mito Omichi got the win, improving to 4-4. He worked 5 innings, giving up 3 runs on 4 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 3. Tim Stady Jr. was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 11 of 11 save opportunities.
Toshikazu Sato, the Wisconsin Dells second baseman, contributed a 2-run single in the top of the sixth inning to make the score 5-3, Ducks. For the game, Sato was 1 for 5. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
