The Atlantic City Enforcers were defeated, 17-8, by the Jacksonville Hellcats. Leading the charge for Jacksonville was right fielder Francisco Molina. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. The Atlantic City losing skid has reached 7 games.

Molina contributed a big hit, a grand slam home run, for Jacksonville in the bottom of the fourth. With his team trailing 7-5, Molina took a fastball from Masami Matsushita and stroked the home run to right. His 2nd home run of the season allowed the Hellcats to leap in front, 9-7.

"This team is real focused right now," said Jacksonville Hellcats manager Pete Dellow.
