Wager Delivers Clutch At-Bat for Silicon Valley in Walk-Off Win
Hackers left fielder Rhys Wallace put his stamp on his team's 8-7 win over the Newark Jail Birds. Wallace was 2 for 5 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for Silicon Valley in the contest. Silicon Valley reliever Dorian Payne picked up the win, upping his record to 2-2. Munemori Abe shouldered the loss.
