Ducks Win, Sita goes 3-for-4
|
The Wisconsin Dells Ducks stymied the Sioux Falls Trojans, 4-1, at The Pond. Jayin Sita, who had a good day at the plate, was named player of the game. He was 3-4 with a home run, a triple, and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for Wisconsin Dells. Getting the save was Tim Stady Jr., his 10th. Wisconsin Dells, at 50-28, sits in second place in the Alexander Cartwright League Pirate Parrot League.
Sita had a key at-bat for Wisconsin Dells early in the game. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 16th home run of the season and gave Wisconsin Dells an early 2-0 lead.
