Rojas goes 3-for-4, Ducks Move to 49-28
|
The Wisconsin Dells Ducks bested the Sioux Falls Trojans, 7-6, at The Pond. Cipriano Rojas was named player of the game. He went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Wisconsin Dells reliever Arto Prawiranega got the win, raising his record to 6-1. Alain Picard was tagged with the loss. The Ducks have an impressive 49-28 record.
Rojas had a big at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the sixth inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Ducks went on to win.
"We were the better team today. Maybe that won't be the case next game, but we'll enjoy it for now," Rojas told the Wisconsin Dells Daily News.
