Ducks Come Back Late to Top Enforcers
|
Michel Carpentier had a good game, but he could not keep the Atlantic City Enforcers from falling, 7-6, to the Wisconsin Dells Ducks at Parliament Field. The Atlantic City left fielder went 4-5 with a triple and 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI in the loss. Tim Stady Jr. earned the save, his 9th, for the Ducks. The Ducks have now won 4 straight.
Volmer Wolthuis put Wisconsin Dells in front, 7-6, when he took Kyung-bok Kim downtown. His 2-run home run came with two out in the top of the eighth. It was his 13th home run of the season.
"Feels good to get the job done," Wolthuis said after the game.
