Multi-HR Day for Martínez as Patriots Overpower Titans, 9-1
The Manhattan Beach Patriots thumped the Omaha Titans, 9-1, at Titans Park. António Martínez was a big reason his team got the win. Martínez went 3 for 5 with 2 home runs and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Manhattan Beach starter Bruno McCormick was credited with the win after throwing 106 pitches over 5.2 innings. His record now stands at 1-0.
