Rams Roll to 8-0 Win Over Black Knights

António Méndez pitched a gem to lead Frisco to a 8-0 victory over the Killeen Black Knights. Méndez picked up the win for Frisco, going 5.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 2 hits. He now sports a record of 5-2. Frisco has 3 straight wins, Killeen 3 straight losses.
It could have been a different outcome for Frisco, had it not been for José Gracía, the 23-year old right fielder . Gracía contributed a bases-clearing double in the bottom of the fourth inning to put Frisco up, 4-0.
Méndez told a Frisco Daily News reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
