The Pacifica Shamrocks defeated the Sioux Falls Trojans, 12-3, in Alexander Cartwright League action at McCormick Field, with Pacifica shortstop Tadasu Inoue named player of the game. The Shamrocks have now won 4 straight.
Inoue had an important at-bat with a runner on 2nd in the bottom of the fourth, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Shamrocks went on to win.
"We took advantage of our opportunities," Inoue told the Pacifica Daily News. "It's as simple as that."
