Hellcats Get 10-7 Win Versus Atlantic City
The 2028 season is getting ugly for Atlantic City.

Masujiro Hayagawa had a good game, but he could not keep the Atlantic City Enforcers from falling, 10-7, to the Jacksonville Hellcats at Parliament Field. The Atlantic City designated hitter went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once in the loss. Kane Wright, credited with the win, is now 3-4. He allowed 6 runs on 9 hits in 5 innings. Jim Unknown got credit for the save for Jacksonville. It was his 1st of the year.

Jacksonville right fielder Andy Sabean gave his club a productive at-bat in the top of the sixth inning. With runners on 1st and 2nd and the Hellcats leading 6-5, Sabean hit a run-scoring single.

"I hate to be the fly in the ointment," said Sabean, "but we could've played better."
