Tsu Excels, Pacifica Blows Out West Coast
|
The Pacifica Shamrocks got production from their entire lineup in an easy 13-3 win over the West Coast Defenders. Player of the game honors went to catcher Shi-kai Tsu. Tsu, who is tied for 8th in the ACL in total bases with 78, was 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 6. The Pacifica winning streak has now reached 5 games.
In the bottom of the first, Tsu had one of his most important at-bats: a 2-run single off William Kramer that staked the Shamrocks to a 2-0 lead.
"We had that killer instinct," Tsu said after the game.
