Outlander Park was the site of a remarkable pitchers' duel.

In a well-pitched game between the Frisco Rams and the Sioux Falls Trojans, pitcher Badarisaila Suravinda was fantastic. The Frisco left-hander was named the player of the game in Frisco's 2-0 win. Suravinda, the winner, moves to 2-3. He threw 7 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 3 walks. Picking up the save was Shu-de Chia, his 2nd.

Frisco took the lead in the bottom of the fourth on a big hit from Jayden Rossell. On a 1-0 forkball from Alain Picard, Rossell hit a run-scoring single. That made it 1-0, Rams. For the day, Rossell was 1-3 with a hit by pitch.

"There was no wiggle room in this one," said Rossell.

The Rams, at 22-13, sit in third place in the Alexander Cartwright League Pirate Parrot League.
