Rams Squelch Silicon Valley Offense in Shutout Win
|
Badarisaila Suravinda never let Silicon Valley get something going. The Frisco left-hander commanded his splitter in pitching the Rams to a 6-0 win. Frisco is off to a hot start at 20-10.
Frisco took a 1-0 lead on Sang-soo Kim's 23rd hit of the season. The run-scoring single, which Kim hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Silicon Valley pitcher Dorian Payne visibly frustrated.
"Badarisaila's stuff was electric," said Frisco manager Enrique Ramírez.
