5 Straight Wins for Rams
|
The Frisco Rams and Jacksonville Hellcats completed their game despite the inclement weather.
Pitcher Badarisaila Suravinda was sensational for the Frisco Rams in his team's 7-1 triumph over the Jacksonville Hellcats. Suravinda received player of the game honors, while picking up the win. Toshikasu Yoshida closed the game out for Frisco, earning his 2nd save.
Frisco first baseman Matt Lewis helped the Rams to the win. In the top of the second inning, the 24-year old first baseman stroked a 2-run double. For the game, Lewis went 1-4 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"The vibe's good," said Frisco manager Enrique Ramírez. "We've got to keep it going."
Frisco goes to 16-9 with the win.
