Germán Leads Jesters to Win over Bombers
The Jersey Jesters got a rain-soaked win over the South Carolina Bombers at Bomber Ballpark.

The Jersey Jesters defeated the South Carolina Bombers, 9-5, in Thurman Munson League action at Bomber Ballpark. Fernando Germán received player of the game honors. The 8-year veteran went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The loss drops South Carolina to 15-14.

Carlos Cantú gave Jersey a good at-bat in the top of the sixth inning. With the bases loaded, he hit a run-scoring single to help send Jersey to the win.
