Buzzard's Bay Topples Temple, 9-0

Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats starter Alfredo Crespo had all his pitches working at Bloomfield Road. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 9-0 Buzzard's Bay win over the Temple Goers. Crespo went 5.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 4, and struck out 5. His record improves to 3-0. At 9-4, the Beetlecats have played well so far.
In the top of the seventh, Norihide Sato stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Goers were trailing 8-0, but had the bases loaded. That's when Guo Da made a terrific pitch and Sato struck out. Gone was the dream of a Temple comeback.
