Losing Streak Continues for Enforcers with 8-4 Loss
|
With catcher Yen-nien Sun leading the charge, the Frisco Rams defeated the Atlantic City Enforcers, 8-4, at Outlander Park. Sun, who is tied for 7th in the ACL in RBI with 14, was 2 for 4 with a triple. He scored 2 times. Frisco reliever Marcos González picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Kyung-bok Kim shouldered the loss. Atlantic City, at 3-12, has had a dismal start to the season.
One consequential at-bat came in the bottom of the fifth. With the bases loaded, the batter, Sang-soo Kim, drew a walk, driving in 1 run. It made the score 3-2, Frisco, and helped them go on to win.
"We're our own worst enemy right now," said Atlantic City skipper Warren Barnes.
