Black Knights Beat Wolves, 6-3
The Killeen Black Knights defeated the Lake of the Isles Wolves, 6-3, in Alexander Cartwright League action at The Bird Stadium, with Killeen third baseman Keisuke Morita named player of the game. The Wolves, now 3-4, have been pitiful so far.

In the bottom of the 3rd, the Black Knights grabbed the lead when Candradipa Mukherjee rapped a two-out home run. Killeen was trailing 3-2, when Mukherjee hit a 2-run home run off Jorge Navarro to put his team in front, 4-3.

"I've been criticized for being a slacker, but the one thing I do care about is winning," Morita told the Killeen Bulletin.
