Loss to Trojans Extends Killeen Losing Streak
The Killeen Black Knights were defeated, 8-4, by the Sioux Falls Trojans. Leading the charge for Sioux Falls was first baseman Paul Rice. He went 2-5 with 2 doubles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Sioux Falls, now 4-2, has played well in the early going.

Rice turned the game around in the top of the seventh. Facing Harrison Dabbs, the Sioux Falls first baseman rapped a 2-run double. Suddenly, the 4-3 Sioux Falls deficit turned into a 5-4 lead.

"We're in a funk and we need to shake ourselves out of it," said Killeen manager Chase Burke.
