Hatt Dominant in Death Stars Victory
Pitcher Sam Hatt was sensational for the Detroit Death Stars in his team's 4-1 triumph over the Billings Mustangs. Hatt received player of the game honors, while picking up the win. Cheng-en Huang nailed down his 17th save. The Death Stars saw their win-loss record go to 63-39. At the same time, the Mustangs fell to 63-38.

Hatt's performance can only be described as masterful. He notched 10 strikeouts in 7 innings while allowing 2 hits. Hatt, who is tied for 6th in the BCL in strikeouts with 124, goes to 9-4 on the year with 124 strikeouts.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling pretty confident after that win," said Hatt.
