Multi-HR Game for Carrego in 4-2 Win
|
César Carrego knocked in all 4 runs for the Chicago Titans, helping them beat the Detroit Death Stars, 4-2. At 42-51, the Titans are currently 5th in the Blake Camden League B.J. Birdie League.
Carrego contributed when he hit a 2-run home run in the bottom of the sixth. Coming with one out and a runner on 1st, the home run proved to be critical to helping Chicago get the win.
Detroit manager Mitchell Drover said he was "mildly disappointed" with the loss. "We had our opportunities, but we didn't take advantage of them," he said.
