Late Rally by Raptors Secures Win
Mike Pennington left his imprint on the 7-5 Omaha win against the Bronx Bombers. Pennington went 2-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Omaha reliever António López picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Aidan Carrick took the loss. The win puts the Raptors at 33-46, while the Bombers drop to 34-45.

Omaha took a 7-5 lead on Pennington's 3rd double of the season. The bases-clearing double, which he hit off Matt Howard in the top of the eighth, propelled Omaha to the win.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Pennington, "but a win in this league is nothing to sniff at."
