Riding the 3-hit performance of the 25-year old third baseman Al Courtney, the Pasadena Bumblebees stopped the Peoria Caterpillars, 7-2. Tae-geun Cho picked up the win, improving his season record to 6-4. He struck out 4 in 7 innings. Pasadena is now 44-35, Peoria 32-47.

Roberto Trevino helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a 2-run double to give Pasadena a 2-0 lead.

"There are times you get yourself out and there are times you come through," Trevino said. "That's how it goes."
