Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Freeze
Minneapolis overcame a superlative game from Aaron Dilnot to beat Vancouver, 5-4. The Vancouver pitcher took player of the game honors in a losing cause. He threw 7 innings of 3-hit ball. Ronaldo Pérez picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 6-4. Hi-yuan Pan was tagged with the loss. Minneapolis is in 4th place in the Blake Camden League Youppi Division with a record of 39-36.

With the bases loaded in the bottom of the 12th, Jesús Pérez delivered the knockout blow when he hit a walk-off run-scoring single to win it for Minneapolis. In the contest, Pérez went 1-2.

"This is a resilient bunch," said Minneapolis manager Fernando Vargas.
