Victory Over Raptors Takes Billings to 49-27
|
With shortstop Tim Dillman leading the charge, the Billings Mustangs defeated the Omaha Raptors, 8-4, at Cobb Field. Dillman, who is tied for 7th in the BCL in triples with 3, went 2 for 4 with a home run, a triple, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. Billings improves to 49-27 with the win. They lead their division by 10 games.
Xiao-xuan Zhou did his part for the Mustangs, producing a run-scoring single in the bottom of the first inning. For the game, the first baseman was 1 for 3 with a walk.
