Loss to Death Stars Extends Peoria Losing Streak
Detroit got a strong outing from Giobbe Tadiotto as the Death Stars defeated the Peoria Caterpillars, 4-1, at The Death Star. Cheng-en Huang earned the save for Detroit, his 10th of the year. Peoria's current losing streak is now 6 games.

Doing his part for Detroit was center fielder Hoffman Faust, who stroked a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, Faust went 2-5 with 2 singles.

"Giobbe did a tremendous job," said Detroit manager Mitchell Drover.
