Kartodirdjo Plays Big Role in Astoria Win
|
Bowo Kartodirdjo was superb against Bronx. The right-hander, who is tied for 2nd in the BCL with a 12.1 K/9 rate, had a curveball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a 4-3 Argonauts victory. The Argonauts sit in second place in the Blake Camden League B.J. Birdie League with a record of 35-35.
Kartodirdjo allowed no earned runs on 1 hit over 6 innings for the Argonauts. He walked 4 and struck out 11.
