Omaha beat Joplin, 7-6. The win in part was due to shortstop Zak Burrow, who nabbed player of the game honors. He was 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Omaha is in last place in the Blake Camden League Youppi Division with a record of 25-34.

When he came to bat in the bottom of the 11th, Tokaji Sato had a chance to end it. Joplin pitcher Oliver Cervantes had other ideas. But with two outs, Sato hit a walk-off run-scoring single. The Raptors had the win.

"This place was jumping at the end," Burrow said.
