Anchorage Municipal Stadium was the site for Blake Camden League action featuring the Reno Raiders and Omaha Raptors.

Getting a good performance from catcher Masaharu Higashi, the Omaha Raptors defeated the Reno Raiders, 10-3. Higashi went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Raptors. With the win, Omaha goes to 22-32, while the Raiders fall to 24-30.

Tokaji Sato contributed to the Omaha win. The 24-year old first baseman stroked a 2-run home run in the bottom of the first. For the game, Sato went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling pretty confident after that win," said Higashi.
