Late Magic Gets Bronx 2-1 Win
Philadelphia wasted a solid 8-inning effort from starting pitcher Marcus Clifton, losing to Bronx, 2-1, at Bronx Ballpark. Juan Manuel earned the save for Bronx, his 11th. At 20-25, the Bombers find themselves in 4th place in the Blake Camden League B.J. Birdie League.

Michael Krause was involved in some late-game drama. With one out in the bottom of the eighth, Krause hit a run-scoring single. It helped Bronx snatch the win.

"We put some tough at-bats on some tough pitches," said Bronx manager Ronnie Hampton.
