Blazers Get 5-2 Win Versus Oklahoma City
|
The game between Bloomington and Oklahoma City is in the books, despite a little rain.
The Bloomington Blazers knocked off the Oklahoma City Prowlers, 5-2. Bloomington starter Evan Blandford pitched well enough to earn top player honors. The win gives Bloomington a record of 11-14.
With one out in the top of the fifth, Joong Guang had a chance to do some damage. Oklahoma City was trailing 3-1, but had runners on 2nd and 3rd. Guang came to the plate against Evan Blandford, and hit a sacrifice fly. But it was not enough to complete a Oklahoma City comeback.
