A 5-RBI performance from Rafael Carrión helped the Minneapolis Freeze beat the Vancouver Canadians, 10-5. The winner was Kenkichi Kodo in relief. His record improves to 3-0. Aaron Dilnot took the loss. Minneapolis now owns a record of 19-19.

Dave Morton came through for Minneapolis when he hit a 2-run double in the top of the first. With the bases loaded, he hit a 3-1 fastball to right field, staking his team to a 2-0 lead.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Carrión said.
