Billings had no answer for Astoria Argonauts hurler Senzo Nakashima, who overwhelmed Mustangs hitters as the Argonauts coasted to a 9-1 victory. The win pushes Astoria to a record of 9-6.

With one out in the top of the sixth, Satoshi Kuhabara had a chance to do some damage. Billings was trailing 5-0, but had the bases loaded. Kuhabara came to the plate against Senzo Nakashima, and hit a sacrifice fly. But it was not enough to complete a Billings comeback.
