The Dallas Texans racked up a win at Metroplex Park, bumping off the Omaha Titans, 5-3. Pedro López, who started for Dallas, pitched effectively for his team. Earning his 7th save of the year was José Parra. Dallas is now 12-11.

Juan Martínez had a clutch at-bat with one out in the bottom of the sixth for the Texans. Coming up with a runner on 2nd and Dallas trailing 2-1, he hit a 2-run home run.

"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Dallas manager Caleb Haley.
