Arsenal Squelch Baristas Offense in Shutout Win
|
The South Bay Arsenal got a magnificent performance from pitcher William Kramer, who stifled the Silver Lake offense en route to a 3-0 Arsenal win at Ashton Gate. South Bay now sits at 88-73, while Silver Lake falls to 72-89.
South Bay took control in the top of the seventh. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Rahimat Mash'al hit a 2-run double to make it 2-0, Arsenal.
"We take it day by day here," said Kramer, "and today was a good one for us."
