Fairfield used a superb performance from starting pitcher Yeong-suk Kim to down the Acapulco Banditos, 4-1. The winning pitcher was Kim, now 6-2. He tossed 5 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 3 and fanning 6. James Logan converted his 18th save in 21 tries.
