Cacti Pull Back to Even with 6-5 Victory
The Albuquerque Cacti and Scranton Escape obliged those fans who came to Albuquerque Sports Stadium hoping for an exciting game.

Benefiting from Moses Gommers's productive game, the Albuquerque Cacti downed the Scranton Escape, 6-5. Gommers went 1-1 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Cacti. Albuquerque reliever Shu-yaan Qi got the win, raising his record to 6-2. Kyung-bok Kim was tagged with the loss.

Gommers turned the game around in the bottom of the seventh. That's when the Albuquerque pinch hitter dialed up a 2-run home run. Just like that, Albuquerque's 5-4 deficit turned into a 6-5 lead.

"We found a way to get it done," Gommers said.

The Cacti are now 73-73, while the Escape fall to 44-102.
