Banditos Topple Cacti as Rice Shines
A 4-RBI performance from left fielder James Rice led the Acapulco Banditos to a 15-5 win over the Albuquerque Cacti. Akihito Sakei picked up the win, improving his season record to 8-5. He struck out 4 in 5 innings. Acapulco, now 68-75, holds 4th place in the Kade Stenson League Lou Seal Division.

Also pitching for Acapulco was right fielder Andreas Ryan, who hammered a grand slam home run in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, Ryan was 1 for 5 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Ryan.
