Gamblers Rally to Eke Out Win
Starting pitcher Ze-dong Zhang pitched well enough to help the Las Vegas Gamblers beat the Havana Stogies by the score of 4-3. Las Vegas reliever Bernalldo Rocchi was the winner. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Abdul Razzaq Kharoti. With the win, Las Vegas boosts its record to 11-10.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Las Vegas first baseman Bill Hawken, facing Abdul Razzaq Kharoti, had a run-scoring double. It gave the Gamblers the 4-3 win.

"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Zhang.
