Silver Lake withstood an impressive performance by South Bay right fielder John Harrison to defeat the Arsenal, 7-5, at Cruz Bay Park. Harrison was 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Silver Lake reliever Alfredo Crespo picked up the win, bumping his record to 4-0. Joe Hurst was collared with the loss. Dost Ghuman earned his 20th save in 24 tries.

A crucial at-bat came with runners on 2nd and 3rd and one out in the top of the fifth inning. That's when designated hitter Kensaku Takahashi hit a 2-run single. The Baristas went on to win.

"Winning is the only thing that really matters," Takahashi told the Silver Lake Daily. "If you can win without even breaking a sweat, more power to you."
