The Silver Lake Baristas defeated the Indian Wells Aeropostales, 9-3, at Stars Field. Silver Lake right fielder Lou Harris was named player of the game for his superb performance. He went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Silver Lake reliever Jon Morris picked up the win, upping his record to 7-3. Oscar Hackford absorbed the loss. The Baristas now have a mark of 45-60.

Silver Lake grabbed control in the top of the sixth. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Ichiyo Yano delivered a 2-run triple, to make it 5-3 in favor of the Baristas.

"I just love going out and having a big game," Harris said when asked about being named player of the game. "It's an honor to have your talents recognized."
